• Al Mudairis: The Investment Education Committee seeks to overcome the challenges facing investors.

    The Director General of Education in the Eastern Region, Dr. Abdulrahman bin Ibrahim Al Mudairis, said that the ministry supports the legal competition between the regular educational entities, which runs according to the laws in the Kingdom, promising to take strict measures with the non formal educational entities of kindergartens etc.., providing a full support to all owners of clear plans to replace leased establishments with modern educational buildings.
        
    He stressed that the ministry supports the best practices of excellence between schools of all kinds, governmental or non governmental, pointing that the quality education raises and increases the efficiency of facing the challenges of life for our children in the future, pointing that the education is marked by excellence and creativity, The 60% of the top ten in the Kingdom, who were distinguished at the level of achievement and abilities graduated in private schools, and there are 695 civil and international schools in the eastern region of 163,000 students.
        
    This was in the meeting of the owners of private schools, organized by Asharqia Chamber on Tuesday, May 9, 2017, and was managed by the Chairman of the Education Committee in the Eastern Chamber, Khalid Al Juwaira, and attended by many owners of private and foreign schools in the eastern region.
       
    He pointed that this committee was specially designed to support the civil education in the launch of excellence and creativity and to overcome the challenges facing the investors of private and foreign education. It was supported by His Royal Highness Prince Saud Bin Nayef Bin Abdul Aziz, Prince of the Eastern Region, and is within the goals of facilitating the licensing procedures, the government reviews in the Committee alone, indicating that they have all the approvals of the competent authorities in the region.
        
    The directors explained that the vision of the Kingdom 2030 and the national transformation program focused on the quality of education achieved in partnership between school, family and society, especially in the currently in which quality and excellence has become limitless, urging all schools to compete towards more excellence and research, and praised the efforts of private schools to make a difference in education in the Kingdom. He said that the private and foreign education provided a great community service that is evident in its results from students who are characterized by skills, knowledge and values.
        
    There are four fields that are the concern of the educational system in the Kingdom. The first is the discussion  between our students males and females and how to teach them to be able to speak. The second focuses on the school environment and how to make it a distinctive environment because of its positive results on the behavior of students at home and abroad, and continued to say that the third focuses on the culture of excellence and the process of popularization among schools throughout the Kingdom, and the fourth and final is to establish a culture of volunteerism and social responsibility in the minds of students, The certificate of voluntary work is approved within the graduation requirements.
        
    At the end of the meeting, the directors urged the owners of the private and foreign schools for further development and excellence, saying that the Department of Education in the Eastern Region has more support in the service of education as it represents a national issue.
